[Paladin][Retribution] Crusader Strike/Zeal Problem

Bug description: Hi there, i think there is something wrong with Crusader Strike/Zeal. There's an extra GCD, spelldelay or something like that..

I use this macro:
/console MaxSpellStartRecoveryoffset 200
/console ReducedLagTolerance 1
.spellqueue on

Tried spellqueue on/off but its the same, theres no difference. With 90% haste (15stacks Crusade) delay is horrible. I have 60ms non stop so theres no about lags.
In my opinion it ruin everything and retri rotation is not that smooth how it should be.
I can make video but it's easy to check.

Any Retri can confirm ?

Tested it a little and it felt quite ok with crusader strike but Zeal delay was horrible to play.
I always thought it's server lag until now, but gonna record it later and debug it further.

Same here, I always thought it was "server lag" or spell lag, since i don't have the WOTN legendary i always played with zeal. This explains why ret feels sluggish...

Yep can confirm ret always felt clunky af here since 7.0.3,it is half due to server lag

Confirmed, but not sure what actually is the problem.
Fact remains that there is an unpleasant delay even with spellqueue enabled.

Maybe watch this video in a loop, then you might notice a short delay between my 2 zeal casts.
Ingame it feels quite huge as 89% haste should play very fast and not "stuttering"
