Problem while doing the artifact paladin mission

Hello. Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I didn't find any who made me think it was the right one.
Mi problem is that when I take the ashbringer and I have to defeat Balnazzar I can't do anything. I get stuck, like stunned and the only thing I could do after a couple of minutes was log out, but my character is still stucked. I tried everything I imagined but I don't know what to do to fix it, anyone can help me?
Any GM can help?

Hello tobiithekid,

You get an extra action button to break free from the stun.

Should it not appear, disable any addons and delete the cache folder and retry.
