Bug description: I tryed crafting stacks and stack of potion/flask/transmute but I cannot learn any new recipe.

Did u try making healing master potions/reju potions? They were discovering decent amount of recipes back in t14.

Yes... I made more than 10 stack and no single recipe discovered!

This is a known bug, the only recipe that allows you to discover at a normal rate is the master rejuvenation potion. Try those and let us know if it works.

I tried also with master rejuvenation potion but nothing!
