Bug description: If you cast flash of heal or holy light, you have a chance to get 10% increase on all damage and effective healing you do within the next 10 seconds. in the next video you will see that my holy shock remains the same and if you're going to say that it's not "effective healing" I will post an picture with combat log when I killed a boar by holy shock, doing 25,435k and with proc did the same amount.

dude, it's 10% increase on holy shock, you can see in the video that I made,i do the same amount healing and on the damage. (this is "effective damage, not taking the 10% increase, should be 27.5m damage)
I know that when you're doing effective healing on flash, you will have a chance to get increased healing on your next holy shock by 10% + additional healing on your next holy shock. the additional healing it's working, the increase it doesn't
i'm going to test it again by "effective healing" and share with you.


EDIT : https://imgur.com/a/gT9hfjb that's an holy shock with all my procs on me, with the 10% increase. it does the same amount as a normal holy shock without that 10% increase.

edit1: as i can see from your comments you have wrong idea of what the trait is doing...it is storing 10% of something (effective healing or dmg from everything... except holy shock ofc), then added to your next holy shock healing

yeah. you're right actually, I was to focused on 10% increased, I knew that the additional healing is working. meh, I will delete this.

It works fine it is based on EFFECTIVE healing which means it doesn't work if you heal a full HP target.
