Bug description: The 85% pvp multiplier is missing.
I found out that hitting the pvp dummy actually affects the tooltip and is a good way to see if a modifier is implemented or not.
For example I tested (without artifact and trinket) Rupture damage.
before I hit the dummy the tooltip was showing 256k with one combo point.
After I hit the dummy it was showing 192k
so the 75% pvp modifer is working for rupture.

For eviscerate it was the same damage in the tooltip (76k with one combo point) before and after I hit the dummy so I don't think that it works. (I didn't have any pvp talent so not Thief's bargain).

Can someone actually check the pvp modifiers for all classes/spec? It seems that none of this are live.

From what I tested so far the pvp templates are spot on (except the Resto shaman armor - this needs to be fixed asap).
In regards to pvp modifers the majority of them are working but there are some here and there that are not and we need to find them.

Okay so this one is a bit more complicated than the shadowstrike report.

On the first picture you can see that Im not affected by pvp modifiers or talents and my Eviscerate did 103315 damage

On the second picture you can see that I am affected by pvp modifiers and pvp talents which is most noticable in my HP since on first picture it was 377k and here on second it's 415k (reinforced armor). With modifiers my evsicerate did 74604 damage.

So if you do the math that's 72% of the value. So, if what you say is true and there was no other changes to eviscerate and it should have a 85 % PVP modifier, then the ability is missing 13 % damage in PvP.

I'll leave this topic open for a day in case you wish to post some new information and then I'll close it.

OK.
I noticed recently that when I enter combat close to the pvp dummy for the majority of the spells the tooltip changss but for some it doesn't. But some of them are working ok.
For example for cocoon it doesn't change to 110% but I know for a fact that it works ok in pvp.

I will do some test in depth tests in instanced pvp regarding eviscerate because in fact it seems that it does less dmg than normal.
I will edit this post with what I find.

Does 220k shadowstrikes and 400k eviscerates really hurt that much? Sub is meme spec and im glad its getting buffs instead of nerfs!

I did the tests without Thief's bargain , with 1 combo point without finality and any other increase (concordance or symbols of death) on a mw monk who has 30% dmg reduction from armor and ~10% dmg reduction from versa.

I did on him ~33k that means if you take out versa it's a ~36k dmg
Outside with ~ the same stats (a little bit more mastery) on the training dummy who has 30% armor I did 42k.
and 0.85 * 42 = 35.7 so it's a match.
