Bug description: I've completed the Return to the Grove quest, but i Malfurion doesn't give The Emerald Queen quest.

I've delivered the only Return to the Grove quest to Malfurion. In return i got no other follow-up quests.

Is this confirmed? I see lots of people seeking for this quest when i'm there. And no progress yet. I completed all three Return to Grove quests. Nothing pops up.
