Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The base mana for druids at level 85 must be 18635 and on the server is 20890 ( atleast for my druid - naked and without any skills in the trees). This means that all spells are 12 % more expensive to be casted. I couldn't find any changes on base mana since the release of cataclysm so if anything has been changed show me the source

What you see there is in fact your maximum mana. According to wowwiki the formula is this one:

Base Mana = MaxMana - ManaFromIntellect
= MaxMana - ( min(20, Int) + 15*(Int - min(20, Int) ) )
= MaxMana - (20 + (15*(Int – 20))) //for Intellect 20 or over
= MaxMana - (Int) //for Intellect under 20

So, in your case: base mana = maxmana - (20+(15*(int-20))) bcause you have over 20 intelect.
Let's do some math: in your screenshot you have 169 intelect, ok ?
basemana = 20890(the amount of mana you have) - (20+(15*(169-20))) => basemana = 20890 - 2255 = 18635

According to this simple math you already have a base mana of 18635, but you also have 169 intelect.

Yeah maybe i just did a wrong calc.
I guess everything is fine about it then so close the topic.
