How would he be able to provide proof without having access to your core code ? Asking so I can check as well, is there any tool to check this with or just randomly searching on Youtube videos hoping we can get some proof?

I feel like 75% from that list is not even close to being applied, but that's just a feeling from playing retail legion almost 3 yrs back.

This are the PVP modifiers that have to be applied for a blizzlike experience on 7.3.5. This post eases your search through out all the hotfixes and forums from blizzard to find out what PVP modifiers have been set.

It is supposed to help you guys (Admins) to apply the correct PVP modifiers (without time consuming searches on forums) to all the spells/talents in question so that damage scales out as it supposed to in PVP situations.

Also, this should be a reference post for all the players to test and report any inconsistencies they find.

Please note this is not a hate post. I didn't say that none of this values are applied but surely a lot are not, as it seems the dmg at the moment in arenas is quite high for some classes.

This post should help you easily recheck and apply the correct PVP modifiers for all the classes and specs.

The way one can test these multipliers (If you have that class) is to enter a bg and check your char information for main stat(agil/str/int) and in some situation mastery - if it modifies that ability's dmg.
After that check outside of instance pvp with the same amount of main stat and maybe mastery.
Some things like Blood of the Assassinated which is a trait are easier to check - just enter battleground and mouseover that trait/talent. if it's fixed the tooltip will show it. IN this situation, Blood of the Assassinated is fixed and it shows 30% inside pvp both in tooltip and when it procs.

If gear scaling still a thing in BG/arena you won't be able to perform test there. Your best bet to have all the classes and test them in duel. Make sure you recorded the base values before duel start. Then you can compare. Make sure you not wear any gear for this test. That way your stats should remain the same and you will be able to see the modifier changes pretty fast.

For example: if cocoon bubbled you for 1kk out of duel and applied absorb on you for 1.1kk in duel means 110% modifier works well.

MW MONK UPDATE: I've tested MW monk PvP modifiers and they are all correct.

That buff is absolutely irrelevant when it comes testing the ability base numbers. Spells effectiveness is increased or decreased accordingly to the stats that they use in their formula. Therefore, best test is with your base stats which is when you are naked. If you have found issues with Principle of War (PvP template). Please make another report.

And how did you decide that Elemental shaman mastery is 75% damage and not 95%,since Blizzard reduced mastery in pvp template and reduced Icefury damage,but compensated that with increasing mastery damage to 95%,And those nerfs are applied here,but the compensation for them is not.Which makes elemental totally useless in pvp.
