Bug description: The felhound fledgling npc required to complete the quest doesn't spawn

The quest description on the website refers to the wrong npc, the fledgling should actually spawn in felbeast dens (faronaar). Quite an annoying bug considering you can't continue the order hall campaign because of it.

What exact problem are you having since the quest has been completed by 5.5k players.
The NPC is summoned by an item, which means he is not spawned.

The actual npc doesn't spawn, even with the item.
However, you can still complete the quest by attacking the manastalkers nearby.

Well if it's completable there shouldn't be many issues then. Will try to have the quest completely fixed later on.
