Proof:

Hi all, I'm doing the missions of my class headquarters with my warlock to get the mount, I am stuck in the mission "the dreadlord's calling", I kill a npc called Zuriwa the Hexxer, when I kill him appears that the mission is completed but he doesn't give me any item , when I go to deliver the mission doesn't leave me because I'm missing "The Xorothian Calling Stone", what solution can you give me? He doesn't let me abandon the mission neither and I have it completed but he will not let me deliver it.

Delete the cache folder then go to https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=119166&&name=mor-zul-bloodbringer and turn in the quest.
