Bug description: Heart of Azeroth should be 10 ilvls higher than it is right now for Neck Lvl 50. On freakz at lvl 50 it has 423 Ilvl, on Retail at lvl 50 it hat 433 Ilvl.

When I continue counting from my currently level (39 / 401 ilvl), I end up at 423 too. So something likely changed on retail when they upgraded to lvl50.

Well, either sth changed or is sth wrong @server. on 8.0 phase, neck had 403 Ilvl (higher than BIS items which were 395), right now BIS items are Higher than neck

i believe its more better if put max level from neck is 60 for now for work more better

Patch 8.1.5 introduces a new Storyline with the increase of max item level by 10.
