[REJECTED] Item scaling and uprgading in dungeons and raids

Bug description: The item scaling is bugged in every dungeon and raid from trash. Example: In mythic 0 from trashes gives only 680 item level(BOE), upgrading system are bugged too (warforged and titanforged) so you should get from mythic 0 865+ item level(BOE). In raids it is bugged too, but there is an other topic for that.

-Normal: 825+

Items dropped from mobs aren't going to be the same ilvl as boss drops....

on retail the trash never dropped 865 BoEs


world BoEs may drop in a mythic but they arent scaled up just because they are in a dungeon.

I don't sleep because Arms is bork.

If you doesn't play on official wow doesn't say it. It should drop, if you wanna check it: https://www.wowhead.com/npc=99630/bitterbrine-scavenger#drops:mode=m just look the items. BOE items same itemlevel as bosses.

That wowhead info is from bfa, even if you say only the ilvl is different, it's still updated to 7.3.5

No proof it should be as you say
