[REJECTED] Magatha Grimtotem Shaman Follower Quest Chain Bugged

Bug description: I cant seem to begin the quest chain for my last follower in the order hall (Magatha Grimtotem), the quest chain begins with the quest "A Humble Request" (ID: 45652) which is not completed on my character, and when i checked wow-freaks database it says the pre-request of this quest is to do the quest "Assault on Broken Shore" (ID:46734) which is completed, says in comments once the assault's scenario is done, ill find Advisor Sevel at the order hall giving me the quest, but no quest is shown at all.
On the other hand another comment says that I need to finish the quest "Champions of Legionfall" (ID: 47137), however if thats the case the quest is also completed but the result is the same, Advisor Sevel still doesn't give me the quest.
The following Pictures can show proof with all the quest ID's shown as completed or not completed and yet Advisor Sevel still doesn't give any quests showing in the picture also that i have already obtained the Shaman class mount so its proof enough i haven't missed any quest in armies of legionfall campaign. Kindly look into and solve it quickly or advise on the matter cuze I really need to unlock that last Follower

As proof also, as mentioned previously I already have the Shaman class mount as shown on all the screen shots, yet the quest giver standing just in front of my character doesn't give the quest
