Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The problem is the effect of Impact has waaay too high proc chance and compared to Surge of Light there is only 4% difference in the proc chance.Recently i played in some 1v1 guild event and a faced a mage that impacted 3 of my mind blasts IN A ROW...How comes Fire mages get so many procs and priests never get surge of light proc? Okay you'll say "Surge of Light procs from Flash Heal,Greater heal,Heal,Binding Heal and since you're holy or disc you never spam these spells like a fire mage damages a target" well problem solved,i just did 16 smites in a row and i got proc @16th smite So what my point is,you should really nerf the proc chance of Impact or either increase the proc chance of Surge of Light,because some people can take it as discrimination(lol) or briefly said it's just stupid.. :\

As freakz mages are saying , impact proc chance is fine "rofl". That's actually a really bad joke. Everybody is waiting for proofs, and you will have to argue with all the retards otherwise they will close the topic , bcz the retards have "proofs" and u dont "rofl x2".

Okay so for the *** of it i'm gonna to point out that 4% is almost half of the Impact proc chance.

And do please tell me how many "damaging spells" can a fire mage dish out in a very short amount of time ?

Your comparison at least from my point of view, is rather flawed.

Anyway it's not my place to decide nerfs out of the blue so i am going to let a higher up decide this.

ok, your surge of light can proc off a limited amount of spells (only four spells!) with just a 6% chance...

How does that even begin to compare with a 10% proc chance that can be triggered by all damaging spells of a mage?

The problem is Impact procs all the time and this talent is just game breaking why am i even arguing with people that have literally no clue of game mechanics... ffs... Proc 3 impacts in a row rofl is that normal? I mean you get proc Impact 1 > instantly procs a new one boom impact 2 and again boom impact 3 are u for real srsly?

LoL, i see we wont have fire mages fixed by the end of next year. Don't even bother making 2v2/3v3 event before you fix them. If you do, good luck to participants with being stunlocked by impact .
Oh btw, maybe shockeru is doing this intentionally so he are forced to pay for fix. I SEE

I think you people seriously need to l2p vs fire mages, if they play with molten armor (which most do), simply auto attacking them will have a 10% chance to proc impact every melee swing/ melee ability used, a.k.a every time molten armor deals damage to you! Just from that!

Dont believe me? look it up on the internets, add to that the fact that a fire mage will be casting alot in pvp since he is high mobility, and suddenly impact procs arent so damn rare.

I REALLY doubt you are being cc'd to death in perma stun from impacts as you say (not even possible cause of dr), you might have lost to some lucky RNG / poor play from you or your partner or WHATEVER, and now you cry and want a totally ridiculous change to a talent that was never changed after 3.1.0 untill MOP.

There are other REAL bugs related to a fire mage that could potentially affect your odds in pvp, like mirror image glyph making clones hit like a damn truck (which im sure most use), and T1 Hot Streak. Now those, yes, those are REAL bugs.

If by some ungodly reason people decide to make a ridiculous unjustified custom nerf to this talent, at least keep that disgusting unjustified change strictly related to pvp, i dont want to suffer in pve cause some kid cried and got a talent nerfed for no reason cause he couldnt figure out how to down a fire mage in pvp.

The problem is it doesn't proc only when mages are fire,the rng god mage that i mentioned in the description was actually frost,the biggest problem is that it procs 1 by 1 in a row by just using fire blast,we all know that it's a normal talent and by having Living bomb,pyroblast DoT,ignite and meanwhile damaging the target you can get decent amount of procs,but can u explain how a frost mage gets 3 impact procs in a row just by using fire blast only?Cmon dude we aint some begginers to the game to just complain "fix ferals" or "fix frost mages" or whatever,the problem is in the god damn talent,explanations like yours should really be ignored due to not understanding the real problem and giving obvious arguments to counter ours.

P.S. It's actually a bit of my bad saying "a fire mage" in my description than just a mage.Sorry about that.

Post some videos (if possible more than one), the only video related to this particular subject was one 2v2 game in which the *victim* lost to a fire mage and qqd about impact procs etc.

Impact can proc from fire blast and you can get 2 in a row. Why are you so baffled by the fact that it can proc again when you use fireblast to consume your current impact lol? It CAN happen although rare (when it procs from *itself*), show some vids of frost/arcane mages with stupid amount of procs and maybe ill take you seriously.

First everyone was specifically qq-ing about FIRE mages, now its mages in general, show some 2v2/3v3 of frost/arcane mages with impact.

I asked for some vids showing how it procs too often on other specs....and you just call me mentally damaged and other random insults...

How was i mentally challenged because i asked for some vids? Im not defending anything, i dont pvp, but this custom nerf/change you are requesting will also affect pve for no reason.

A bug report is made with some proof not just incessive insults and qq-ing, show 2 or 3 arena matches here on freakz vs mages of different specs with impact since you say it procs like mad no matter what spec you are.
