[REJECTED] [Monk][MW] Effuse low heal

Bug description:
1. Heals 50% less in PvP when having Ancient MW Arts talent picked.
2. Even base spell without talent heals a bit less than it should. On naked human monk i have 7348 SP. So if we 7348*2.5(spell mod)*1.04(Overall healing buff from 7.3) = 19,105

However in game i get 19,078

The tooltip calculation is correct however not the actual heal.

Proof: I haven't found any evidence it should heal less in pvp. Here is a full change log for the spell.

Seems like the 50% increase was left out for that certain case cuz it is using old 200% affix instead of 250%.

As far as I know it should do the same amount of healing with or without AMA.
I will do a test in bg this evening and edit this with the results.

Yeah I can confirm it's not the same dmg for effuse with or without AMA.
In the test I had vim and vigor.
So with AMA my effuse was ~126k
Without was 168k

Okay so, I searched around a bit, all I could find was this https://imgur.com/a/Vt2UpkU - According to the freakz database Effuse does actually get modified by Ancient Mistweaver Arts, and yes it does 50% less healing. Since I can't find anything from retail if this is correct or not I will leave it as is, seeing as Effuse doesn't exist anymore on retail.
