Bug description: Lorthemar - the npc we need to talk to is stuck under a building in one spot and just missing in another spot. Quest involves getting a flight master ride to Lorthemars ship but instead it warps you instantly into the village, where npc is stuck under a building and when you try to find his ship on the sea it's not there.

also if you abandon the quest you get teleported back to dalaran on broken isles

The npc was moved to the correct location, the last time I checked. And even if he is under the building you can still complete the quest, if you look at him from the right angle and hold your mouse above him.
