Bug description: Hi . this passive is still bugged . and retribution paladins are having a bad time due to the recent fix that you made on this passive https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Paladin-All-Passive-Sanctity-of-Battle-Correction-t433858.html this is the fix that you made . this means that When we capp our haste to 50% we should cast Judjment and Crusader Strike on a 3 second cooldown . i have a ret paladin and i have capped haste on 50% but i still have 3.19 cd on crusader stike

You're wrong, it's not the issue of SoB, it's issue of char sheet still showing you wrong haste %. Mouse over your haste and you will get 2 different numbers. It's because the visual in char sheet never got fixed when one on mouseover was always correct, legit 50% haste breakpoint requires 21250 haste points. And i'm pretty sure you have lower than that.
