Bug description: Bow how do you explain rogue having 0.9 sec GCD without any haste then on freakz? You want me to meet you and demonstrate you that. Or can you check my combat logs if have the power to do so.

No haste gear and i have 0.9 sec GCD in my combat logs.

Explain what man, I reported that it's bugged on freakz and it's already posted on trello. Just wait for the fix
