Bug description: When you create crimson vials using the Drink up me Hearties pvp talent, in one single combat, you can't use more than one. After you use the first and the cd clears (1 min) you can't use another, you don't get any error messages or skill not available, nothing, it just can't be used. I'm not sure if this is the correct behaviour, but the skill tooltip doesn't say anything of the sort.
