[REJECTED] [Shaman][Elemental]Damage and crit chance of frost shock during Icefury

Bug description: Frost Shock damage during Icefury is lower than intended, Also crit chance of frost shock is off by roughly 10-15% points- crit chance char speciffic (not sure how would on higher crit gear).
Proof: Tested ingame and compared to data from last version of Simulationcraft 7.2.5-02.

Damage was done on a raider target in Orgrimmar

Max hit in-game ~643180
Max hit sim'ed ~796600

Max crit in-game ~ 1513000
Max crit sim'ed ~ 1989000

That's aprox 24-30% lower damage on frost shock alone.


Also for crit chance out of 24 hits on frost shock - only 3 hits were crits, which is about 12%
During simulation out of 35 hits - 9.67 (average value) were crits, which is 27.27% crit and is inline with my stats counting enchants procs.

P.S.

Damage of other Elemental abilities is also way lower, just didn't create separate posts - I suppose it's a matter of certain multipliers.
Simmed DPS is much higher, even without BL -850K DPS. Discounting human error and other factors, with BL ingame I barely scratch 700k with BL for roughly the same amount of iterations.[i]

We are using a Simc on a different patch than yours which is why the damage may look off. According to the Simc for the patch that we use the damage is correct.
