Bug description: [Suramar] "Subject 16" quest: Before fixing I tried 50 times to deliver Theryn to Thalyssra but at the entrance at the cave where Thalyssra were located Theryn refused to enter in, steped aside and then disappeared. Now, I can not take again the quest in order to try to completed and go further with the chain quest. I'm stucked here for a few days. Look at Thalyssra that has a yellow question mark above her but when I clicked on it nothing there. Odd !

lionstrike is right, It can't be completed (It's more like a disabled autocompleted quest)

It shows like it's autocompleted but neither anyone can take it nor "Complete Quest" button is working, We stuck behind the storyline

Same to me, I'm clicking on Theryn to take the quest but what it shows me is a button of "Complete quest" it doesn't do anything and I don't even have the quest in order to complete it and I can't even take it.

I can confirm too, quest cannot be completed

It still cannot be completed even after it's supposed to be autocomplete. Stuck on it with a daily quest's question mark and you can't complete it (probably because the quest doesn't exist in your quest log).
Same thing with "Dargrul and the Hammer"

here's the core bug of this quest:

You've picked up and done following quest-line before completing Subject 16:

Tapping the Leylines - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40010
followed by
Power Grid - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41028&&name=power-grid
and then you started (or even completed)
Feeding Shal'Aran - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41138&&name=feeding-shal-aran

Since first 2 quests are on auto-complete for now, they are easier to complete subject 16, and people do them first.

However, upon picking up Feeding Shal'Aran, npc which completes quest Subject 16 - First Arcanist Thalyssra - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=97140&&name=first-arcanist-thalyssra phases out (proof: can be checked on link) and this npc - First Arcanist Thalyssra - https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=800059&&name=first-arcanist-thalyssra phases in (proof: can be checked on link).
After rhis phaseing new npc doesn't give option to end quest Subject 16 nor does it start following quest Kel'danath's Legacy - https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41760&&name=kel-danath-s-legacy.

By adding option to end quest Subject 16 and start and end quest - Kel'danath's Legacy, this bug could be avoided., however, as fixing quests progress and new quests get available, options to start/end other quests might be needed.

Yeah, I dunno how does Blizzard makes it work. Maybe we should make Keldanath's Legacy a pre-req for Tapping the Leylines? =/
