Character name: Holypaths
Bug description: Well, I have been searching for the quest giver for rank 2 The Crucible of Flame for days now.. Kalec is meant to be in the Heart of Chamber at level 54 Heart of Azzeroth, thus allowing you to get Rank 2 Crucible of Flames Quest and at level 60 Heart of Azzeroth the Rank 3 version of it. However, I don't see any NPC giving me the quest to start the quest chain for the Rank 2 Crucible of Flame, and my Heart of Azzeroth is level 73. I watched many guides on YT and they all had a NPC Kalec at the spot that I don't have him. PLEASE could you fix this for me, or give me the quest ingame? I play alot of arenas and this is one of the best dmg sources for a healer.

Hello there Holypaths,

Go outside of the Chamber of Heart and relog then go back and see if Kalec is there.

Hello Connover, hope your day is going well thus far.
I just relogged as I teleported out of the Chamber of Heart, and went back inside and Kalec still isn't there..

I've just done it, and now I see Kalec and Magni, TYSM!!!
Finally can get my rank 2 Crucible.
