Relinquished max ilvl (except legendaries)

Ok, so my question is:
What is MAX ilvl for a non-legendary item, obtainable through relinquished items exchange ON FREAKZ SERVER.
Please, do not refer to blizz, as we all know that blizz is not relevant here.

Hello Moon,

The max ilvl for ANY item (Dungeons (regardless of difficulty), raids, relinquished, etc) is 955 in 7.2.5, obtained through luck by titanforging, just like on Blizzard servers. It will be raised to 985 when we update to patch 7.3.5.

@LethalFactorLK - I know you are trying your best, and I really do appreciate that, but due to the donation system (which I know is a necessity on free servers - no argument there), I am thinking that probably some items are not obtainable, except through the donation system. That is why I asked. I didn't want to offend anyone in the staff

@Sarah - Thank You for your answer. I know that 955 is maximum level obtainable through dungeons and raids, but is this ilvl also available in the relinquished system?
I mean if someone is really, really, really lucky and exchanges, let's say, 5000 nethershards for a relinquished trinket, is there any chance that the created trinket will have a 955 ilvl?

Yes its possible to get 955 max ilvl, you need to be super luck to get such a roll.
