I'd like to complain from one of your moderators in the forum: LethalFactorLK.

It's a topic I opened to report bug in regards to missing loot from trash monsters. Someone kindly added my report content to another topic and I was happy for at least being in a queue of processing.

Now, I want you to see the response from your fellow and tell me:
1. Is he fluent in English?
2. Is he well-experienced in World of Warcraft?
3. Would I get a personal excuse from him/her for "rejecting" my topic with a response like this? He hadn't even tried to check if I am right or wrong. I can confirm that my report is 100% valid and there's a bug there.

I am playing this game for approx 10 years and I find reporting bugs a matter of respect and a favor I am doing to you as organizers of this wonderful free server and to all its community.

If there is such a problem with old instances it will be fixed later, i'm sorry if i offended you.

As you must know by now Legion content is our priority not old instances. We have said it many times already.

And if you must know i'm fluent in English and i got wow experience. Sometimes i might miss a particular detail in a bug report. ( Cant i make a mistake ? )

As you might have seen i did a huge cleanup of bug reports couple of weeks ago. Your report must have been in it, i cant keep in mind every report i rejected/confirmed

More information on the subject: Lack of objectivity regarding a mute request that was asked to be solved by a romanian gamemaster since the "tragedy" happened on global_ro involving romanian players.
As you can see Here i imediatly requested that a romanian GM should solve this case since we have our swearings and only we and not google translate can understand the weight of ones words. He insisted i should provide more text, like he had this dying wish to reject the topic or something when it's obvious nobody screenshots globalchat for a 30 minutes conversation but the deviation from game regulations only.

Him insisting so much on solving this request while rejecting it makes me belive he's a friend of that guy and he wish him not to be muted.

@ Denim - daca replica: "sa iti iau ce ai mai scump pe lume in ****" folosita pe global_ro nu este motiv pentru un mute indiferent de context (chiar daca a fost sau nu provocat - desi nu este cazul, daca te uiti la poza o sa-ti dai seama ca a fost prima lui replica din multe altele ce au urmat de injurii la adresa tututor => Rogul zice ca "voi suferiti ca nu va ia lumea la chei" si asta zice sa-i ia ce are mai drag in pla la ala cu suferitul) incep si eu sa vorbesc asa pe global, ca inseamna ca-i ok comform actiunii de respingere a Gm-ului mentionat in reclamatie.

From the provided screenshot in your report I don't know what was the discussion before your reply "use the brain" but that is a phrase to provoke him more than enough. I told Tadashi to require the whole chat log of the discussion so a decision can be made. It's not about which nationality is the GM that handles your report or not, you do as you are asked to so your report will be handled. No compliance results no punishment if indeed he insulted you first or not.

And be careful that statements like "let a ro GM handle this because we have our own curses and stuff" doesn't make you more important in prioritizing the issue, on the contrary.

Until you post a full conversation proof as asked your report is of no importance.

More information on the subject: This gm banned my in-game account for 7 days Reason: "staff insults", if calling him noob on forum using private message is an insult I feel bad for him(learn what is to be a gm, if you want people to respect you), he is not doing he's job properly he is just stalking my posts searching reasons to close them(that's why I talked to him in other manner)... he just has something(hate) with me like other noobish staff members that don't like to be corrected.

Pai si ce ce nu iti place? Am scris clar este exploit acel bug report legat de hunter, si ca nu am hunter lvl 110 sa pot itra in bg's sa-ti aduc screens... iti era greu sa intri in-gam sa testezi? sau macar sa lasi topicul deschis pana cineva aduce dovezi...
Tu ai ales sa dai direct reject la topic astefl ti-ai batut joc de munca mea, si nu este prima data.
Tu ceri dovezi acolo unde nu este nevoie, din cauza ta si altor gm's puturosi buguri valide ajung la gunoi.

To clarify the situation, I personally don't think you guys should do a cat-fight around here.

I dislike your tone, 1007. You shouldn't call names on one of our most active GMs. I know there's a limit you can tolerate, however, arguing in ROMANIAN on an "EN only" thread will not help alot, it will only make your request ignored.

This being said, Flamestalker, I do not condone this kind of behavior. You're taking things too personal, and as you quoted him

I don't really feel like it's a personal insult but more of an oppinion. You, as a blue poster shouldn't take things too personal, ESPECIALLY when you know you that if you have it right, there's nothing he can do to you. I expect a more courteous behaviour and less whining and QQ-ing (without taking into consideration the replies in ROMANIAN on this thread, which would indicate a lack of professionalism).

Your ban was removed 1007. Next time, we won't be so generous. Keep your things civil, and REMEMBER to post things with proof, not expect things to fall out of the sky.

Ik, I apologise for my behaviour. But that ban in-game from him was unnecessary, it just triggered more anger, I wouldn't of gone this far if he would have a bit of patience and not trash bug reports without carefully investigating them, you can't always find proper proof rather than test it yourself(seems not all understand)...
Anyway, Thank you Froster for understanding.

Am fost banat pe motivul " dalaran arena exploit". Am facut un post pe forum sa inteleg exact despre ce este vorba iar un alt Gm mi a dat un raspuns foarte vag. Am aflat ulterior despre ce exploit este vorba in acea zona. Nu inteleg de ce am fost banat in conditiile in care nu aveam nici cea mai vaga idee despre ce explot este vorba (nu joc foarte mult pvp sa cunosc bugurile).

Oamenii au stat 30 de min in arena pentru ca nu ceva nu a functionat corect. nu cred ca exista server(Blizzard sau nu) pe care sa fi banat ca ai stat AFK.
Iar pe principiul ca merit ban ca am "abuzat" (ca vrei sau nu / ca stii sau nu) de bug trebuie sa fie banat jumatete de server. sau cel putin cam toti Pala holy care folosesc Aura af sacrifice si Velen's Future Sight.

Ti-am raspuns si in PM. Nu ti-a furat nimeni characterul, nu ti-a sters nimeni itemele , ai luat un ban de 7 zile. Asteapta sa treaca si dupaia te poti juca in continuare. Nu mai face atata flame aiurea ca nu o sa scoatem banul.

Daca nu sti ca ceva e exploit asta nu te scuza de pedeapsa. La fel e si cu legea, daca treci pe rosu la semafor si ii zici la politist ca nu stiai ca e interzis sa treci pe rosu el tot iti ia carnetul.

Ai primit de 2 ori explicatii, ti-o spun si a 3-a oara, poate pricepi: Grupul tau a facut exploit, nu ai dat leave party, ati luat ban, simplu. Astepti 7 zile sa treaca banul (daca era de durata mai lunga intelegeam sa faci atata scandal) si ai mare grija pe viitor la faze de genul.

Consider ca daca ai varsta care o ai ma astept sa intelegi cand ti se spune a 3-a oara ca ramai cu banul si ca nu se scoate indiferent de cati bani ai dat la server, nu esti mai presus cu nimic decat restul.

More information on the subject: I was offline since sunday 18.3.18 and logged in today 20.3.18 23:29 and noticed that when I wanted to write something it says I can write again after ~50 minutes.
I dont want the unmute becouse it just 50 minutes now but I wanna know why? Thats kinda weird becouse I dont really know what I should have done.
Powerphlo answered me that it was Nyndra, reason: spam.
Becouse I was offline since sunday the must must be at least 2 days long, thats akward becouse I cant remember that I was writing anything in global or did anything else wrong. And for a 2 days mute it must be very much so If there is any log or screenshot I would really like to see it.
