Please stay out of other people's race, and avoid using terms that people might consider racist or discriminatory, no matter what your beliefs on this matter are. Especially in global. It doesnt matter if it wasnt directed to anybody in particular, you are spreading racial slurs through our global channels and we don't appreciate that here. And yes, that is racism.

I used stern fathoms pet journal. It will spawn 1 Pet master and 3 Pets which u can defeat. This toy has a 2 min cd. And I just used it. Dont see an exploit there.

this time around, on global_en chat were made some dark humor jokes about babies. Obviously, there was this guy who seems pissed about them, so what better way to have fun than further piss him off?
I made the joke you can see in this picture:

His reply was: Oh, i'm going to enjoy this.
Logs out.

1 minute later i get muted for 40.000 minutes by Dunebudh for an absurd reason like: "be thankful you didn't got banned" or something like that.

So what's the catch here? I am not allowed to do jokes on global chat? I consulted the list of staff members and this Boneshank is not part of it.
He talks like a player, he acts like a player, than i'm going to treat him like a player! There is no clue he is a staff member (no blizzard badge, no mention about being a member) so the rule:

So he denies us the right to do dark humor baby jokes because he has one? But here comes this individual, instigates ppl on global chat from a normal character (which is not a crime to do jokes with), doesn't like the outcome of it and than logs on his privileged gamemaster account and mutes me for 40.000 minutes?

From an objective point of view, doesn't this seem like ABUSE of priviledge? In what way did i break the rules to get 40.000 minutes mute and "say thanks you didn't got banned" ? For making bad jokes with regular people on global chat that later turns out it was an undercover GM ?

Yes, you are denied of taking the liberty to do dark humor jokes if they can seriously offend anybody, and you risk a mute whenever you shoot one in a global channel. Those are the rules. Can you provide some screenshots of GMs making jokes about jews, black people or dead babies..?

I'm as objective as it gets, and no, it doesnt seem like abuse of privilege. You broke the rules, offended people in global, you got penalised for it. The rules on this are clear.

I'll let Lethal handle this request, since he is in the position to do so as the head GM, but I'll make my opinion very clear: Not only did you offend a staff member (intentionally or not intentionally, doesnt matter much - you seriously offended them), you also shown us in this very post that your intention was clear - to troll people in global (see the first quote above). Additionally, you've at the very least brought pedophilia into the global channel (again - intentionally or not intentionally, seriously or by joke, doesnt matter - you've brought it). Last but not least, you came to the forums looking for help and the staff to reconsider your request, and in the very post you do so, you again bring the same behaviour to our forums.

My verdict?

I support the mute.

What you can do to perhaps lower it?

I'd write GM Budbomber a very nice apology into his inbox here or on Discord, and ask him to reconsider. Tell him you're very sorry, and admit your mistake. Then hope he'll reconsider it. No matter what, be humble.

His name was "My d.i.c.k is huge" Not ok to do babies jokes, but its ok to have names like that in a game where the players age ~ 15 years old. OK, you are right and i am wrong. Me and all the people that agreed with me...

More information on the subject: so , at that time i was trying to gather ppl to finish a raid, but a lot of ppl were complaining about lag etc, disconnecting same to me.. looking on the global chat i saw that every player wrote in orcish language, and some player kept telling everyone that it isnt lag we dont know how to play wow, learn to play or ill mute you, he wasn t a gm but was acting like one for fun, after that i asked why i see [orcish] and some of them told me im on the horde chat and i asked how so? and if it is a visual bug or it really is possible? some said yes it is, i didnt get how it was possible and that player who kept acting like a gm for fun started mocking me and as i am a irritable person its true i adressed him insults because i got angry and i got muted not a problem, but if in those minutes that Kkos watched us and saw the chat why did he mute me? just me? when actually there were others to with insults and other things before what i said, i mean u mute 1/10 players for example even if all broke the same rule? if u are trying to act fairplay act till the end, dont be tough with one player and the rest can do all the shit they want..

More information on the subject: Greetings and warm wishes, i'd like to report a potential abuse of position and rude behavior by GameMaster Power.

Yesterday a guy called Druidhealzz constantly spammed the global chat with numbers (1-10) for 30 minutes, after he got muted for 5000+ minutes,
i was being silly and bit drunk and i wrote some numbers on global (maybe around 10-15 times in a period of 5-10 minutes), and some other players were doing that too, so it was more of a joke about the guy Druidhealzz.

Then suddenly i got muted for 5000 minutes, and i was shocked because i did not expect to get such a severe punishment for few messages that can hardly be called spam.

After that i made an unmute request, i apologized, and was hoping for at least some information on why i got muted for SO LONG. And then Power replied: https://i.imgur.com/B6F1Soo.png

So, because Druidhealzz got a 10 days mute, that justifies my punishment to be muted for 4 days? That is around 40% of Druidhealzz's mute, and i did not write even 1% of the amount he did, nor did
i write in a constant way. How is this okay and fair? This sounds like someone is holding a grudge against me or, holding a grudge against Healdruidzz and linking his behavior to mine.
Don't get me wrong, i would be totally fine if i was muted for hours, or even a day! If that ruined anyone's experience, but 5000 minutes? That seems very extreme to me.

So not only did i not get ANY INFO about why i got such a severe punishment, i also got called stupid and got threatened with a ban, for trying to get some clarity about my mute.

We do not tolerate any type of spam, "long mutes" will stop all the useless and dumb jokes that were trying to rise on the global chat.

You just acknowledged that i got muted so long based on an ASSUMPTION, and not for the actual rule i broke.

I have nothing against you, i would just like to be punished accordingly for what i did, and not for someone's assumption.

Let's be real here, if YOU muted me based on an assumption, then your actions are the reason why i am reacting and "wasting your time", because i wouldn't have reacted at all if i got muted for few hours or a day.

Also, me being muted for 4 days won't magically make me not spam again, i don't follow your logic here. My nature is what decides if i will spam or not, and i don't remember the last time i spammed, anywhere.

Hello my beloved friends. I normally do not even "bother" to complain about forum posts or replies from staff members but I feel like this is not showing the great image the staff team has, moreover, makes it look unfriendly and unprofessional.

The post above is simply a bug report, more or less known, not made in the most friendly manner, but what can be expected of players; even though, it does not contain any abusive language or insults addressed to the staff - in my opinion -.

The reply from this GM is totally subjective, which can be understood to some extent due to life struggles/pressure if there is any whatsoever in the current situation of this staff member. Although the subjectivity is a sign of closure and understanding between staff and players, this particular official reply has some flaws which I cannot personally accept as agreeable.

The language is used in a threatening manner, also I cannot comprehend the abbreviation he/she uses with the term of "CM" - community member? was it meant to be GM as in game master? If so, creating a passive-aggressive reply should be double-checked for grammar mistakes or simply misunderstandings whatsoever.

There is no room for such strong subjectivity in an official reply, as the example of having families or simply bringing any of these personal manners into discussion.

As far as I can see, this staff member is a Game Master, not a developer, but that comment about "self-fixing" is simply outrageous.

The reply ends "nicely" with another reminder of a potential punishment attempt and (if I might add) a sarcastic "have a nice day".

I strongly believe that there should be no room for such offensive and subjective replies within this community, but a calm and passive explanation, along with a potential punishment for breaking the forum rules and an explanation of what and why, should be the correct approach.

Ok i requested something that will not happen, but let the damn topic where i created it, maybe people would like to read what i stayed half an hour to create & post. (Besides that the man who should be "wiser / "bigger man " as a GM after i made a complaint in wrong topic did - 100 reputation.. bcs yeah it's easy to have so much when you're a GM but not nice to use that "power" if u get mad, but that s nothing important/not allowed tho)

What you have requested in your topic https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Genesis-request-t530039.html was suggested long time ago many times, And we had long discussions about it.

We gave players option to move only mounts / pets / achievements for free for until last year december.

Other things such as characters / items / gear / etc , was NOT moved due to compatibility issues with new databases and new realm systems.

Hence why everyone started on new characters on a fresh realm.

You can still transfer mounts/achievements/pets to felsong by requesting through wowshop email "[email protected]" if you really want.

I will talk about this to power, Hope everything is solved now

I've been muted on the 21st of September, while he presented proof which occurred on the 28th of August. That's 23 days between the 2 dates? Is this incompetence or is it the fact that he simply can't reveal "chat boxes" with the proof. I would like to find out all the things I've said and I'll prove it that you have no idea what facts are and what "hateful" words are. If you're incapable of understanding the truth, then I highly recommend you let somebody more capable to handle my situation. We all know about who we're talking about? *wink* Punisher *cough*. Not understanding means lack of judgement over a simple subject. If you consider the truth as being hateful, then you don't deserve democracy, you don't deserve your freedom in the country in which you live and have no right to dispel the truth from being said. Was expecting a wiser response from an elder GM, but judged wrong.

Quick edit: Even though I was banned by another person which had absolutely no reason to ban, not going to give names *wink* Punisher *wink*, unbanning was rather easy and I used an interesting word which received no feedback, so it must be true. I'm curious if you'll find out. So, returning to the issue. I was banned on the 6th of September? Can't really remember. Then unbanned. I was banned for the reason of "insults/racism" or something like that. Mhm. Sure. And yet, I was muted for evidence shown on the 28th of August. Is that the best that this GM is capable of? I'd like to change the responsible one to Power or Denim. They are much better at handling my "stupidity" and can easily see when I act like a fool or not.

Edit: It's amusing how I'm the only person being the one to speak about oppression regarding this type of truth on this server. A lot of things which I've said "insulting" were actually memes. Everything insulting is viewed negatively and it's actually a taboo to speak up a fundamental thing regarding the said religion or race. You should know by now people who talk about such sensitive subjects which lead to community of server being offended, will always end up getting punished and if that said person keeps on discussing the same topics and creating problems on the server WE WILL PERMANENTLY BAN that person regardless of the rank or status of that person on the server.

There is nothing more to discuss on this matter. If anyone cant follow the rules and is upsetting the balance of the community we will gladly remove that person, It DOES NOT MATTER if that person was on Freakz for number of years or they joined the community recently.
