This is the most useless person a GM can be in the history of GMs from the alpha of retail WoW till this day. This guy just creates drama with players:
- doesn't answer any questions from players on global
- doesn't actually help players with bug quests etc...
- argues with players and ultimately mutes them upon losing argument
- just spams the global chat with useless shit

Im sorry, but where did this come from? I havent even been on my GM account in the past 14 days at all, so Im kind of unsure what exactly you're targetting here? If you're mad that I was online when you type ".gm in" and didnt answer your questions in global that's funny, because whenever I am online I am actually helping the community and solving people's issues. Note however that the ONLY OFFICIAL WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH A GAMEMASTER IS THE TICKETS. When I do speak in global (which again, didnt happen in the past 14 days at all) people start spamming their issues, and I always tell them the same thing: We'll address all of your problems happily, but you have to open a ticket. Messages get lost in the global chat really fast, and it's not the official channel of recieving gamemaster support, therefore, if you ever actually need me, open a ticket and I'll happily help (or somebody else surely will).

I cannot help you with any bugs. I am not a developer. Bug reports belong on the forums, and everytime somebody acknowledged me of a bug being present I kindly asked them to report it on the forums so our developers can take care of it. Again, that is the ONLY way of dealing with bugs.

I dont recall the last time I argued with anybody in global, and I am pretty certain that I havent muted anybody in the past 30 days at all, so your argument is irrelevant again.

Also, seeing as I dont recall even making any comments in global at all lately, I sure as hell dont recall myself "spamming" global. Nor would I ever do that, as Im pretty sure more people than just you would complain.


I dont know you at all, but Im sorry you feel this way about me - please do provide some proof of my "spamming" and "arguing" and "muting people who won an argument against me". But while you look for proof, please sleep this over first, cause Im really not sure what you're trying to achieve here, as I am very serious about my GM assignments.

Note that my "Posts" count on the forums is exclusively from customer support and helping the community, and alongside that I have hundreds of tickets solved recorded to my name, so yes, I have a pretty real and a meaningful job. And I am satisfied with it too.

Nevertheless please do provide the proof, as I too am interested in seeing it.

Hello im trying to report a bug about your dynamic spawn that is not working and the helper alinho instead of examining what i was talking he just rejected the topic and when i reopened the bug and tried to explain him it was his mistake since he didn't understand what i wrote since i was not talking about World Boss but one example of a boss from emissary quest , he puted my post as duplicated without any explanation. Please do something about this staff its not professional, im trying to help the server to become better by reporting bugs and for him is easier to reject topics than fixing them

Hello, Im just making a post to be checked if it was GM or not.Its meant for reporting and i dont expect an answer back if its too hard to. Usually i never get disconnected from BGs and this sort of thing happens once every 3 - 4 weeks reason for posting and after the event which happend 3 times by now i can imediatly log back in game without issues reason for presuming its a GM also.

Im not that good of a player so there would be no reason for me to get kicked just making sure we have that argument also out of the way.And i was playing my off spec also

Sunday 7/12/2020 i was kicked from BG on 9:28 server time.I checked my forum time on this login and its 1 hour behind.


Irelevant information but still adding it because it might have information from last event to understand the timeframe between the events:
The last event which i didnt LOG it properly might have been on June 13 ,around 10:50 AM server time (i didnt log it sorry).I was playing my druid ( Feralxmode ) ,I got kicked from BG(forgot which BG) and after saying it on all chat a player named tajkun whispered me its bug and it wasnt a kick and then he went offline.So based on this i take into account its a BUG also.

I dont expect an answer back however if it can be checked and it helps is the only reason im posting it.If i send it to bug forum there is a chance the guy knows about the BUG and is using it haha bad joke.Thanks again... if you have the time to check this.

Today we were raiding Antorus HC. In the raid, the only raid assist was the 2 tanks and a player named Greed. I assume you would know, Greed is the player account of Shadeh, or simply as everyone know him as Shade. After we cleared the adds leading to Kin'garoth, someone was repeatedly trolling and using drums so we have to keep resetting the boss. We didn't know who, but it doesn't matter. At about the 5th time we wiped/reset, Greed (again, Shade's player account) send a raid warning saying he will kick everyone if someone troll again and use drums. Just after that, the leader was REMOVED from his own raid, and was the lead role was given to someone else. Repeatedly, the new player who got lead keep getting removed from the group, and keep passing on to random players. After about 7 times players got lead randomly and getting removed, (some reason they were removed but rejoined the group instantly and didnt get kicked from instance) Greed became the leader. He then removed the raid assist from the original assists. Soon after that, he kicked several people from the raid and invited some players from his guild (Indecisive). He then give the new players from the guild Raid Assist.

I asked the original raid leader and he said he did NOT give away his raid leader position and was removed by itself. Again, soon after he was no longer lead, random players got lead, then get kicked, then rejoined instantly, and stopped when Greed became raid leader.

This is my assumption, and I don't mean to offend anyone. Greed used his GM account (Shadeh) to remove the original raid leader and give himself lead.

It's quite skeptical to see that the original raid assists were removed, and the new raid assists were everyone who were invited from Indecisive.

Since I have no "proof" of this, I suggest you, Denim, whoever responsible for this forum, or anyone who has the power above everyone else, should check Shadeh's logs.

In the end, if I am wrong, I sincerely apologize, and if it's really the case, why the original raid leader was removed from his own raid, will be an unanswered question.

Go in a raid, get assist and try to remove the leader.You will see that it works, proving that I didn't use any GM commands.Also, I'd need to be inside the raid group in order to be able to give leader using GM, and I wasn't.
I removed the original leader because I didn't want to spend 5 hours in a raid.If you are just salty about getting kicked it's because you did 0 mechanics or 0 dps.

Probabil multi dintre voi ati observat ca global_ro e un cancer total. Playeri care fac flame 24/7, injura etc. De cate ori dau anunt cu guild recruitment, efectiv dau trigger la jumate din server.
Din cate stiu GMii ar trebuii sa rezolve probleme de genul. Din pacate nu e asa. Unul dintre GMii vostrii , si anume Wipe, sta si face flame cu ceilalti playeri din guilda sa, la adresa guildei in care ma aflu' eu.

Playerii din guilda mea, impreuna, au zeci de mii de dolari donati pe serverul asta, iar acestui "Wipe" i se pare amuzat ceea ce face. Am cateva printuri de astazi , atat cat am apucat sa fac, deoarece era spam foarte mare si eram intr-un dungeon.

The idea is that a GM (Wipe) is trashtalking/bashing my guild for donating, calling us shit etc. You won't understand it as it is in romanian. Whenever i use my guild recruitment announcement on global_ro people start flaming/trashtalking because they got kicked from our guild.
We have ignored them for months, but now even GMs are joining the "flame storm" , for no reason.

Our guild/guild members have tens of thousands of dollars donated for this server, and apparently thats something to laugh about for a member of the staff. When i asked him if that's a GM attitude, instead of asking his guild members to stop this cancer , or even mute everyone that does it, his answer was "i am on my player char, i dont care".

Now i don't care about all this hate for people that donate, but when the staff starts bashing us as well , its out of order.

Also just to make it clear, there was no discussion btw me and Wipe. As soon as i used my guild recruitment message on global, someone started to flame/trashtalk us for donating etc, and i got into an argument with that person, as I had enough of this lack of GMs on global chat. Few minutes later Wipe joins the conversation for no reason, backing that person up and starts flaming/bashing us as well for donating, calling us shit etc....

Just to be fair, you started with guild flames such as "Suicide ***" and some curses with it. I understand that a certain player from our guild was arguing with one of yours, implying curses and it escalated. I told you to post a forum request to mute them, instead you continued. Then you came after me for no reason. You are arguing on global on a daily basis with everyone and then you pose as the victim.
I told you that since I'm on the play char I have the same rights and obligation as you all do, so I don't understand why are you posting a "GM report" instead of a mute (because there was nothing GM related involved). Anyway, I will wait for a higher-up to take care of this.

I don't know what started the discussion that lead to this and as Wipe told me that he mentioned in the chat for people to calm down, he made a very dumb joke regarding your guild's name, understandable since guild feuds on global chat is a never-ending "rivalry". What bothered me is after this "joke", Carry and Picofsteel started to bash Wipe in their own manner although he told you both to calm down and things degenerated.

Due to what happened afterwards, all 3 of you are muted on the involved characters for what you wrote and Wipe, you're warned regarding this for the future.

I DID NOT wrote anything to Wipe WTF? Man like are you serious? Can you please show me where i did insulted WIPE? I was talking with the other guy all this time.

So if Wipe wasnt considered a GM when he was insulting us, why do i get muted for staff bashing? Was he or not a GM? And if a GM is insulting us why does he get 1000 mute on his player char and i get 5000 for GM bashing when i was talking with someone else???

If you had made the unmute request and the gm did not even consider your request or ignored it then it is a valid reason to make a report here.

Also tagging of the server staff is not needed, since we check the topic and respond accordingly.

1. Story about other GM: Yesterday last boss from Siege of Boralus bugged. Some GM came and teleport us out. I didnt get teleported cuz I am "nasty". This is inacceptable, if any GM holds grudges against players bcs some players killed a GM or outdps him/outhealed him/has more pve progress or pvp rating than him etc. shouldn be a GM in the first place. As a GM you should care more about server's interest than personal interest; thats why you are a GM.

2. Story about Nurzol: A few months ago I joined Sideway guild. The reason I left it was because GM Nurzol was tracking everybody's IP and their offchars and requested them to leave any other guild in which they have offchars. One month later I posted an exploit and some guy from Classified guild was banned. And some guys from Sideway guild started to whisper me and trashtalk me because "I report exploiters". I email wowshop that time and told them the story and they apologised.

You have to know that this type of GMs destroy server's image so much. I liked it here so much, and I donated and I play with my friends everyday but just because of this GMs, me and some of my friends had trouble with, we have second thoughts. Our main problem isnt a bug here and there.

1. Show proof of the conversation, otherwise the report = 0
2. What? Nothing makes sense with what you wrote. First of all, it's not your concern what he does to keep players/main chars in his guild or his doings as a GM overall. Second, what's a exploiter report for another player which is in another guild got to do with Nurzol? Makes no sense. Third, why would you email wowshop for something like this? Did you get banned or muted or what?

Last but not least, the posted screenshot doesn't prove anything/has no relevant info in it.

If you want to accuse someone, bring proof from the start, especially when you involve staff members and even more important, our shop representative.

PS: Staff reports are to be done AFTER you are unhappy with a result from the Unban & unmute section which this is not the case from what I could decipher from your post so, at first sight this is just something you're not ok with and not an actual report, just half of it if that's true also.

Regarding the first thig:
Ok, so if I dont have the screeshot of that conversation doesnt mean I am lying; But if you check the logs you can see that. I just thought my report wouldnt be 0 because is about a GM and you could check that. This happened on 30 april 2021, around 19:43.

Regarding the second thing:
I didnt say that wow-shop representative did anything wrong. At that time I was in touch with them because some of my donations, and I just told them.
At that time my problem was that I reported something in the hidden section of the forum and somehow many people knew that I reported.
So, I believe, some of the GMs told that I reported. I do not have a screenshot of that but I have screenshots of people acusing me in discord and in wow about this report.

I dont event know what to do when i find an exploit or anythign else. For example I know some bug/exploit now I dont even know what do to, te report it or not, just because I dont want trouble.

hello so i got a 5 hours deserter from a gm , i belive its arkod , i did 20 arenas atleast today , this is disgusting, i was accused of being afk in arena , the only time i stopped dpsing was when my random partner died , i know by the time u check logs this will have passed but it's disgusting since its obvious to me it was done by request because some friend asked him to do , honestly how pathetic can one person be to do that ? also if i was afk it was only when my partner died , there is no point in fighting 1 v 2 , lame and pathetic to abuse power like that . have good day
