"Retrieved information" items bugged

I was about to purchased PVP gear with honor point but some of the items said "retrieved information" and so I can't buy them... Whats going on? anybody got any ideas? I relog a couple of times but no luck

Just delete cache folder in your WoW folder.

This bug occured for me few times. Each time a simple WoW restart was solving the problem.
