putem avea o persoana de rezerva la turneu, adica unul din team care a jucat macar vreo 10-20% din meciuri, in caz ca unul nu se poate prezenta?

Nu mai da quote la posturi asa lungi.
Pai tot turneul o sa se desfasoare intr-o singura zi, pe decursul a catorva ore. O sa fie anuntat cu ceva timp inainte si daca unul din membrii echipei tale nu poate sa fie prezent, probabil o sa stie dinainte si o sa poti sa incepi turneul cu un jucator care poate sta pe toata durata acestuia si atunci se aplica regula pe care am scris-o eu in post legat de membrii. Ma gandesc ca nu o sa fie probleme ca un anumit jucator sa trebuiasca sa plece in timp ce se joaca meciurile, totusi, daca se intampla asta, nu mai il puteti schimba, dar va dau voie sa jucati 2v3 fara probleme.

Someone already suggested this but I think it needs more attention. It would be nice to have a periodic server broadcast, informing players about tourny and encouraging them to play. Something along the lines of "Play 3v3 arenas and join the upcomming tournament to win epic prices! *insert link to thread with more info*". Pretty simple and it just might encourage some players to do 3s.

what about losers bracket? If we think a bit, this is WoW and not everyone plays the same comp so there are counter teams aswell. Let's say we are rank1 on ladder and meet the rank8 team,which is a counter team for us, in the first match of the tourney. It would be silly to get out from the tourney while we have beat all other 6 teams during the ladder. You don't need to stream the losers bracket games, but we can play them during the games in winner bracket.

Mmm... One more question.. For example if we play Feral/Discipline/Rogue vs one team ,then we decide to go as Restoration/Shadow/Rogue can we do that ? Is it allowed in the tourney ?

Well i asked cuz it says only that you can't change players not specs. ^^
