Bug description: the totem don't benefits from my haste
1.the SS with 52 hits the totem was out before hero
2.the SS with 44 hits i used hero before summoning the totem

so with out bl the totem hits 41 and with bl on me it hits 44 times? diferent of 3 hits and if the totem has bl he hits 52?

They fixed probably the part where the elemental benefit from shamans haste/stats, but if you first take out the fire elemental and then use heroism, yes in this way it benefit from hero's haste, but if you first use hero and then pull out the fire elemental, he does not benefit from hero anymore. It should not matter when you use hero, it should benefit from shaman stats/haste at all time. This makes it hard to use the fire elemental in a raid, if you have time to pull the fire elemental before hero, well you bring alot of havoc, if not, then we (enhancement shamans) lose almost 3mil damage and 100k dps per duration of the fire elemental totem.

It should benefit from haste, proof:
1)It should benefits from haste(If we have fire elemental totem up and after that we gain Legendary meta gem+stuff it should benefits from this) and It shouldn't benefits from Mastery(Elemental Overload) ,, It should be used with any cooldowns you can use with it, except for Mastery as Fire Elementals are not affected by Elemental Overload.'' from https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/6631904377

It doesn't seem to scale PROPERLY with haste. Not with Elemental Mastery at least, which gives you 30% haste. My tests indicate that 30% haste gives the elemental 1/2 extra autoattacks. However this changes if you use Bloodlust after you summon the Elemental.
