on the video you can see that the spell is instantly Placed On 4 players (instead of 2) and it took him less then 0.25 sec to Jump to the 5th player and then a 0.5 sec to Jump to 2 other players . (you wana slow down the Video Speed so you can Notice it)

Now, according to fatboss the debuff start from Only x2 random players (not 4 /5/6 Like freakz) and then Start Jumping all over the raid each time it Hits the target.
How ever, he also said that the healers HAVE 3 SEC TIMING to dispel it Before it start jumping ( you can see that in the video it took her only Less then half a sec)

Also , i wanted to add an other bug .
and its About 'He Softfoot' From the Fallen Protectors
It seems that the boss Just Get buged after Using 'Garrote' . Ones he Jump on a random player he Just Stop Moving and watch the tank . by that i mean he dont run back to the tank .

as you can see i targeted the tank that the boss is targeting and i intervened on him. he was standing in the middel yet the boss didnet move , he just stand still watching like i said ...

@Contaminated puddles cannot be healed by some spells

Monks Revival should heal the puddles also. (and here it doesn't work)

- Swirl still hits multiple times (3-4x), and its visual is totally *** up
- Immerseus shoots a Corrosive Blast right after after Swirl ... well.. sometimes almost twice in a row ( 2 Blast within 6 sec, both of them are instant)
(According to DBM he should not cast anything after Swirl, especially 1-2 insant Corrosive Blast)

Tested it on 10N and 25N.

Contaminated puddles are not slowed by the healing done to them. They are actually moving faster instead of slower so the buff increases their movement speed instead of reducing it. min 5:00 in the video below

Despair Spawn and Desperation Spawn hit like a truck. These adds are not supposed to be tanked so they don't have to do that amount of damage. They now deal around 130k white dmg on 40k armor, meaning that in 2 crits they can kill a player.
Their damage taken should be mirrored to the Embodied Despair and Desperation. They are spawned by them and the mechanic is made in such way that melee dps can make their contribution at the exiting of this phase.

Inferno Strike deals 1.6M damage on 10n instead of 1.2M and it's not reduced by raid or personal defensive cds.
Embodied Gloom and Sorrow deal a lot of physical damage. Embodied Sorrow should only cast Inferno Strike (in the video from 3.31 you can see it just casting on the left side of the screen), while the Embodied Gloom can get interrupted from his casting but it does a huge amount of physical damage. They now deal around 130k white dmg on 40k armor, meaning that in 2 crits they can kill a player. The only add that should be tanked in the Rook's desperate measures is Embodied Misery because this one should deal dmg to the target with his Defiled Ground ability.

Calamity should remove Shadow Word: Bane from all players but it doesnt.

Noxious Poison is applied and creates a poison pool under you every time the boss takes a swing at you, which is every 1.5 seconds. It should have a 3 sec cd. Getting damaged by the poison pool can result in getting dazed as the server sees the poison as hitting you from behind.

Bug found in Fallen Protectors. Master Poisoner, Clash and Calamity should not be used during a Desperate Measure phase outside of heroic difficulty. This is currently the case. It is thus very possible to have Sun's Desperate Measure (Dark Meditation), where everyone needs to pack inside the bubble, and Rook may also cast Clash, resulting in a consequent aoe kick which no one can avoid. =/

oh yeah, for proof, check the fatboss video guide just above, they're VERY clear about it. They currently do this on all difficulties, I'm guessing, cuz I mostly witnessed this in LFR.

I noticed that You cant reflect the knockback and initial tick of Embodied Misery From the Defiled Ground how ever ofc the Ground Effect is working fine .
