Time-Lost Proto-Drake

Not sure where this should go,

But I'm just looking for some info. I have checked the NPC Finder for the Time-Lost Proto-Drake.
Currently it's status is "Alive" (As of writing this.) However, I have camped all of its spawn pool locations as according to the NPC Finder, and so far have come up empty. I have read other topics on this forum regarding locations. It was last seen on the 9. Howver I have yet to see it.

If anyone knows its current location, that would be helpful.

When a red point disappears, check all the magenta points again.

BTW, spam this macro when you are near the points.

I have checked all the magenta points today alone, starting at the very centre of the point according to map coordinates, and circling out in wider arcs for each point.
I have done this repeatedly for all 7 points, over the last 3 or so days?

It is spawned, you just need to find it.

It could be flying (near that point) or standing on the mountain / ground.

Hello Daemon!

I have some information on the drake that might help you. First things first, time lost proto drake spawns in the spots provided on the NPC Finder map (obviously). Dont trust the text in the magenta points, its misleading. Just because all of the points say he's alive, it doesnt really mean he's alive.

Now, I personally killed time-lost proto-drake a few days ago (4 days? Maybe 5?) at 3PM server time. That means, your best bet is to look for him from 3 to 5 PM server time; that is when he should spawn (though not guaranteed, can be much later if he wasnt killed for a long time once).

Additionally, what might help you is the pictures Warbike has taken (thanks for the screenshots btw Warbike, helped me get my own tlpd ). These pictures show precise locations of where Time-lost Proto-Drake can be spawned.

So, in order to get your own time-lost proto-drake asap, check these locations regularly, and it shouldnt take too long. Good luck on your hunt! If I find time-lost proto-drake again, I will let you know in this thread, to get you a more precise timer on it.

Can you confirm that TLPD and Dirkee spawn in every map phase?
I ask this because Karr the Darkener (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=50347&&name=karr-the-darkener) is only visible when you are not do the Klaxxi quest chain.
I not sure which exactly quest cause that phase. I just figure it out when I finish https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=31002&&name=nope.

So.. TLPD (including Dirkee) can not be found because the same phase issue.

honestly I searched for another hour now, with a macro, addons, map overlay etc etc. I flew to every point and the routes multiple times, searched around the points widely and I didnt find him at all..
I used the screenshots, I even found a video from a freakz user and no results at all, npc finder is saying he is up but I am giving up now...

After reading this I felt the need to try it once after a few times and I succeeded in killing him!

I have been searching for it for weeks, initially I was doing the routs as I would retail until I discovered NPC finder, am still searching and have visited each of the spawn locations and look around each one both on the ground and in the air and despite NPC finder stating it was alive (No red dots) I just cannopt find it.
How close to this thing do you need to be to actually see it?
