hi see there's a lot of bugs and glitchs in warlord of draenor missing NPC's missing, Garrison buildins, falling in to the world floor, tanaan jungle missing everything mobs and NPC'S its like a ghost town/jungle wanted to see how it all looks but its unplayble like this also found out if you logout there you can't login it stops on a 90% loading screen did look at the forums and nothing fix the problem so unstuck my char Noxvigil Demon hunter so it moved that char to dalaran its a shame to see this so bad on bugs and glitchs it looks like a fun spot im mostly a solo pve player so looking for new places and hunting mounts, pets, rares and so on also looks like tickets no longer work it just says error but thanks let me know when its fixed

Besides, most of what you said indicates that you haven't done the Draenor intro quests. NPCs are not missing, nor are Garrison buildings.
