[Warrior][Fury]Inner rage vs raging blow

Bug description:
right now with inner rage, raging blow doesn't have a cooldown
It would have a 4.5 sec cd

hmm
maybe it's just for players under lvl 110
right now i'm lvl 103 and I don't have a cd on raging blow .. and it's not visual... I can spam it forever (without enrage of course)

i think i was able at lvl 90-109 to spam that abillity sometimes , but not every time , i think after bloodthirst the cd reset on raging blow try on lower lvl, i don't know why , but try .

That is a really weird bug, it should not happen at all (will check it though)

I had this bug aswell and I definitely were lvl 110, so it has nothing to do with the level. Sadly i didn't manage to reproduce it, so i can't really help other then confirm this bug.

It happened to me too.I tryed to reproduce it also, but i can`t figure out how, i did it 2 or 3 times and i was lvl 110 for sure. If i get something i`ll let you know.

-Cred ca este vorba de enrage , raging blow nu merge folosit fara enrage atunci cand talentul inner rage nu este pus (si ii adauga 4.5 secunde cooldown) atunci cand talentul inner rage nu este pus , raging blow il putem spama cat timp avem enrage procuit .


-Nu stiu ce denclaseaza bugul , dar probabil dupa ce ne trece enrage-ul ne ramane buguit raging blow-u si se ignora de la talentul inner rage cooldown-ul de 4.5 secunde .

Maybe it has something to do with slaughter house honor talent making bloodthirst and raging blow no cooldown when enemy is at low health but you guys said that it happened before 110 so it might not be it

UPDATE : apare si in arena bug-ul cu raging blow , uneori , pana acum nu aparea in pvp .

I noticed this as well. I actually think it happens randomly after loading screens (there was a similar bug on MoP, talents getting fked up after loading screens, Sho.cker made a fix but it didn't fully solved the problem, it would still happen sometimes).
It's because of the Inner rage talent, u keep the no enrage requirement, but the cooldown on the spell disappears. I think that the 150% bonus damage is gone as well (pretty hard to test since it happens randomly, but I noticed it deals less damage).
Also taking another portal (any kind of loading screen) fixes this. Relog works as well.

Confirm. The bug does actually exist. It happened quite frequently, i think it has something to do with the random disconnects. What i was able to observe, though, is that the damage is halved.
Per instance: - usually RB, with Inner Rage 4.5 sec CD hits for ~200k.
- with the bug the tooltip reads: ~90+k. Also has no cd whatsoever and it can be used without any Enrage proc.
I thought that the a quick relog will solve the issue, to my surprise.. it didn't. What i did was to restart the client, also respected to arms then back to fury. Cooldown was back, tooltip as intended, numbers on the dummy ok.

I'm little suspicious only about raging blow dmg in PvP, anyone tested if it is reduced by armour?
