[Winterspring] - Daily Quest for Mount - "They grow up so fast"

Bug description: One has to accumulate 20 Winterspring Cub Whisker by doing daily quests from the cub in order to get a Winterspring saber mount. But the saber cub is inactive, doesnt move or follow. The following quests are incative:
- "Borrowing' From the Winterfall" - you are supposed to pick up some smoked meat from a village. The Smoked Meat stands do light up but are inactive and unclickable.

- "Cub's First Toy" - after creating the ball you are supposed to throw it to the cub to finished this quest, but nothing happens. You can throw the ball, but the cub doesnt respond.

- "Hunting Practice" - Bringing the cub to a snow-covered hare burrow it is supposed to jump on the burrow, but again the cub is inactive.
These quests are for a mount and not just some ordinary quests so pls dont reject it again, fix the little guy for the mount.

I dont know how to make proof because a screenshot doesnt really show anything from the inactive cub and I cant record a video. More players have reported this questline, one with a link to a video on youtube where it actually show the cub running after the player.

I will try and figure out a way to make some screenshots if that helps.

Confirmed, the cub doesnt respond when throwing him a ball making you unable to complete this quest and thus unable to collect the mount.
