Bug description: The Memory of the Final Verdict required by the Runecarver that allows you to create this drops from the weekly World Boss quest to kill Valinor in Bastion. This is available once every 4 weeks, and has a 100% drop chance for any Paladin when defeating the encounter regardless of specialization. i killed the world boss but it didn't drop the legendary recipe and my loot spec is always retribution i checked %100 drop change but not dropped i completed all storylines and i unlock runecarver all done Pls fix and give me recipe memeory of the final verdict

"Legendary recipes will drop for any spec for your class. The more repeatable the content is, the lower the drop chance of the Recipe. If the source is a World Boss that's up once every 4 weeks, it will be a 100% drop."
