Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Sweeping Strikes cannot hit the main target. If you use Victory Rush it will hit your main target.

Sweeping Strikes shouldn't hit the warrior's target.

The SS is relevant just for the victory rush part...it's only "what happened to me"so there is no actual proof that he didn't use full burst execute on the unholy dk's pet in your team,just to take an example.The damage is kinda big,i agree,but it's still possible to make this damage on a minion and then transfer it by sweeping strikes to you.

Ure kinda wrong here. If i hit a target without armor and resil for 100k , that doesnt mean i will hit a target that's near him with 30k armor and 5k resil for 100k. Mby this is the bug here, mby is ignoring the stats of the nearest enemy, and allways hit for the same number.

pet died 2-3sec before he hitted me with sweeping and my team mates were away from me

Find any way to reproduce this, just with what you've posted here, we cannot do anything.

I'm pretty sure its working as intended. Read:

You hit A for 91. Your Sweeping Strikes hits B for 86. You hit B for 86. Your Sweeping Strikes hits A for 91.

t’s quite simple. The formula used by SS allows it to take into account +% dmg increases, just like every other warrior ability that does direct damage. This means that Sweeping Strikes, in addition to copying the main attack damage regardless of how much it’s buffed, will also apply +% dmg bonuses a second time. What does this mean? It means that when you’re enraged, you’ll get the 25% bonus three times. First on your main attack, then on your SS and then a second time on your SS. So because of Enrage the main attack gets a 25% damage bonus while the SS attack gets 56%. We can assume that Enrage is applied to SS a second time. To see whether our assumption is correct or not, we can do a simple test: Find two mobs of the same level and kind. Attack them, pop SS and note whether your SS will do exactly as much damage as your main attack does. If it does then the mobs are identical. Next, you can wait for them to enrage you, then pop SS and observe the damage. Your SS should do more damage than your main attack.

 The damage of the original attack (includes stat and % damage buffs)  The armor of the primary target (incl. buffed and reduced armor).  The armor of the secondary target (incl. buffed and reduced armor). This obviously means that the higher the original attack damage is, the higher the SS damage will be.

You can do more research on google, there is a lot to read to completely understand this spell. What it bothers me, its the 5th time when somebody post warrior bugs without proof.

Dude, no offense, n-ai o treaba cu warrii. E a nu stiu cata oara cand postezi buguri gresite, induci lumea-n eroare. Vezi-ti de druizii tai, eu nu-mi permit sa vorbesc de druizi ca nu ma pricep si nu ma intereseaza.

okay so, first he killed my pet, after that i was running away from him ... and suddenly i went from ~50k HP to zero in 1sec .... i was away from my team mates like ... 10yards? and the sweeping strikes hitted me .... there wasnt anyone near me, he just hitted me with sweeping and sweeping shouldnt hit the target that you are attacking(from warrior's side).

Thats just a story, you need real proof and some calculations. Thats how a bug report should be like.

from the screenshot you posted and from what you said looks like he killed your pet and then he got a victory rush proc followed by a sweeping strike attack who killed you..maybe is something about pets after you kill him he generates 2 attacks, dunno,just my guess.

VR is a known bug tho.

We cant tell from that screenshot if the warrior was targeting you or was targeting the pet/your mates, even tho' that happened in 1.5 seconds.

I believe you, but you need some proofs, maybe fraps it.


I thought you were talking about the sweeping strikes damage. Im very curious, can you reproduce this?
