Bonuses:

Bonuses are given only to the character on which the payment was made and only for a maximum of 30 days since the payment was made and only once per day (for example you will get the bonus only once if you pay twice in one day for 1 PVE item [full char and full set payments are excepted from this rule, you will always get the bonuses for full chars) !

• If you make a payment for items ( PVE Gear of at least $30) you will receive, free of charge:
  
  • A ground mount of choice (100% speed, no instant-cast or epic mounts)
    + a single bonus from the ones below:
    
  • A single faction / race change (A-H or H-A transfer or just the race change)
    
  • A single rename
    
  • A single character customize (to change character face/skin color/gender)
    
  • A single item change for each item (eg: you have tank gear and you want dps, or you want to change a trinket to another trinket for the same spec, etc). Available only for bought items and only during the first 14 days since you bought the item, after that changing the item costs money.
    
  
  
  
• If you periodically buy (monthly or more often) items (PVE Gear of at least $30), for each subsequent payment you will receive:

ATTENTION!

• You can't transfer items from one character to the other or make class rerolls, but you can ask for a full character refund in order to recover balance so you can spend it on something else. Have in mind that, the older the purchases are, the less balance you will get for your purchases. In order to make a character refund, write us at [email protected] and don't forget to specify the character name and the Freakz Account username. Have in mind that characters with purchases older than 6 months won't get refunds on those purchases, NO EXCEPTIONS!
  
  
• Items can be changed only by paying a fee depending on how old the item is, info here
  
  
• After refunding 2 full characters, the third one will have extra fee, and so on. The more characters you ask us to refund, the more fee it'll have, so think twice before making a purchase or asking for a full refund. Don't try to take advantage of the shop refund service!
  
  
• If your account is stolen and you no longer have your e-mail address or you gave someone your password and items, characters, professions etc have been deleted, you won't be helped. Even if you made a payment or not, YOU are responsible for YOUR account and we will not arbitrate such things.
  
  
• The payment is not refundable, once you have paid you cannot ask for your money back (info).
  
  
• Please read our server rules. In case you don't agree with it please don't make any payment at all.
  
  
• Requesting multiple refunds from the shop will end up generating a fee for future refunds. This is done to prevent exploits from the users using the refund system.
  
  
• When a character is refunded, it's final. There are no chances of recovering the character: not even paying back.
  
  
• Since the launch of Shadowlands, we will no longer be offering refunds for ANY purchases made during BFA, even if it was very recently.
