That sounds like a completely different other server entirely... are you sure you are using the right client folder for wow-freakz?

I checked, I just wanted to make sure there isn't ANOTHER folder inside THOSE folders.

Are you also sure you took the addons out of their folders too?
For example:
WoW-Freakz/Interface/AddOns/Bagon/Bagon/ wont load... It has to be
WoW-Freakz/Interface/AddOns/Bagon/[Content].

Are you also checking the "load out of date addons" button too? Even if they are 7.2.5, try giving that a go to see if they appear.

Make sure you WoW Freakz folder is not set to read only. It should then be able to change the settings and keep them.
