if two people live in the same house and have the same ip address is that okay because me and my better half both play and we have the exact same ip address is that okay because there is no way for us to get two different ips i was just wondering.

yeah i think you can. There's no way to play behind a NAT ISP otherwise.

actualyl our isp doesnt allow multiple ip addresses so i was wondering if it is ok that we have the same ip

If you both want to play at the same time it's not a problem at all. You can even run multiple WoW clients on single PC with each logged on different account to the same server. When you do same, but on two separate PCs it's no different.
But be aware of that when one of you get ip ban, the other person won't be able to play as well.

wow ok woudl there be anyway around that like just couldnt they just ban the acct for a few instead of the entire ip:S

There is nothing wrong with your situation.
You both can play as long as you want.
But keep in mind - never farm your own characters for honor - this is a bannable issue.
