recently closed Proxy server for Iranians and being stuck on it

Hi.
so i decided to come online and play Wow and take screenshots of my quest list incase when 7.3.0 rolled out you guys will abandon them. i haven't played the game for quite a while and i used to play on the Proxy realm which was made for convenience of us Iranians (we are very greatful). but now when i want to log in i automatically log into the proxy realm. i tried to change the realm but i get disconnected after what 5 or even 6 seconds therefore i don't have enough time to change my realm.
is there a way to fix this? i deleted the WTF, Cache, Logs and even downloaded the launcher and copied it there all over again but nothing works.
and another question which is a bit off topic. will i loose my quests when 7.3.0 is out? if yes is there any other way for me to know what quests i have instead of logging into the game ( that i'm having trouble to do so) and taking a screenshot?

Hi Arcanelord,

Go to your WTF folder, then open config.wtf (with Notepad)
Add the following line:

SET disableAutoRealmSelect "1"

thank you so much you are a life saver. but apparently i have a small issue with my file being corrupted or something so i have to reinstall the game. but your help assisted me to figure that out.
