[General] Character stats

Bug description: When summing up character stats vs what is shown in game, different values are shown
Proof: https://prnt.sc/rwsjo9 here we can see the in game shows I have 13373 haste
When summing up using the calculator the values from items I get
1241+1307+821+661+643+699+946+4915+1352+833=13418
There is a small difference regarding all character stats. This is also shown whenver I try to sim my current character.

Is this just a visual bug or not?

Actually I found the cause of missmatch
here you can see my stats with no artifact weapon https://prnt.sc/rwtoqb
here you can see the stats of the artifact weapon in inventory(doesn't show bonus netherlight crucible ilvl for relics) https://prnt.sc/rwtohy
the sum of the two stats is what is shown in game as stats https://prnt.sc/rwtpo0
that summ is correct for the offhand with the ilvl shown in inverntory.
Now the problem is that the bonus stats by the netherlight crucible upgrade (those +5 ilvl on each relic) is not added for the offhand
You can see that if we add up the stats shown on the card when the offhand is equiped https://prnt.sc/rwtqqr with those of the base we get the correct ammount
12585 + 833 = 13418

Bun on the in game stats track we see 13373

The difference is that of exaclty 45 whic is the differnce of stats for offhand weapon in inventory (ilvl 954) and equipped (ilvl 969)

This is for all stats given by the offhand not only for haste (this calculation was for haste)

So the problem is that the offhand does not get the bonus stats from the netherlight crucible upgrade (this might be better in Item bugs now that I found this)

Another week, still no updates on if the issue it's only visual or not.
And I think that an issue of losing ~500-600 stats (primary+secondary) on most classes and specs should be really important when it's affecting:
shadow priest
demo warlock
guardian,feral druid
fire mage
ww monk
all rogue specs
frost dk
prot pala
prot and fury war
all shaman specs
all dh specs
(can log on and post a picture with proof for all classes with the difference if you want)

So what you're saying is we lose 15ilvl worth of stats on the offhand artefact weapon ?

yes, if you have the crucible upgrades with +5 ilvls( so basically everyone )

Putting the artifact in the bag and then equip it back usually solves the problem.

Ok, did some tests. Installed simcraft, simed my char. I have a prot pala, vith crit and mastery on the weapon and shield. Simcraft tells me i shod have 7258 crit ,9532 mastery and 58300 str. I have 7232 crit (-26 crit) , 9507 mastery (-25 mastery) and 58078 str (-222 str). Haste and versa are exactly like in the sim. I put my weapon in bag and reequip, still the same. So yea, something is wrong here.
