Pui ulei in tigaie si ii pui acolo ...pui putina sare si pui un capac peste tigaie..atat..ii verifici sa nu se arda si ii intorci cand s-au rumenit bine.

MHH cu mujdai cam nasol incearca tai cartofii pai,pui in tigaie ulei,pui cartifii ii lasi sa se faca putin maronii apoi pui sare sau delicat
Daca e ceva sa pui pe langa de ex:sunca presata o prajesti in acelasi ulei daca vrei daca nu il schimbi
Dupa ce ai prajit 2 felii faci o salata de varza cu rosii castraveti s.a
Apo daca vrei sau daca iti place poti sa faci mujdei cu mustar incearca sa vezi ca bun e

Cand consideri ca sunt gata cartofii punei intr-o oala intr-un bol mai mare (atunci cand sunt fierbinti) pui condimente (piper, etc.) si acoperai,
lasi vreo 5-10 min si mananci dupaia -

Eu iti zic cum imi fac singur cartofii prajiti , si cum imi plac.
De ce ai nevoie: Cartofi (..ofc) , cascaval / parmezan , sare (daca ai mare e mai ok) , putin piper si daca iti place mancarea picanta praf de chili.

Tai cartofii dupa marimea care-ti place tie , tai cascavalul cubulete sau razi parmezanul (cam ce cantitate crezi tu ca poti baga in tine).
Pui cartofii pe foc in ulei (nu exagerat) si dupa 5-6 minute pui cascavalul/parmezanul si condimentele. Acum iei o paleta si ii invarti , lasand cascavalul sa se topeasca , dar ai grija sa nu-l arzi prea tare totusi , ca dupa gustul nu e asa minunat.

Si pofta buna ...eu asa imi fac cartofii prajiti si asa imi plac , nu e o arta sa faci acest fel de mancare dar gustul sigur e bun.
