Confirm. Aceeasi problema este si la Pyroblast! de la Hot Streak, probabil tin de acelasi mecanism ambele probleme.

nu numai ca nu poti da, dar daca ai 7-8k mana iti ia din mana ca si cum ai da cu exorcism normal
daca ai 10k+ mana functioneaza ok

La fel se comporta si [Sudden Doom] (wowhead link) de multe ori desi ai proc cu FREE death coil, daca nu ai runic power nu poti sa il folosesti.
Cred ca toate talentele cu sansa de a procui free spell resouce se comporta la fel.

Posibil ca toate apartin acelui mecanism (vorbesc de astea cu mana/rp free casts) deoarece si maelstrom weapon se intampla exact la fel

Cum am spus mai sus, toate au acelasi mechanism la baza, mecanism care incearca sa-ti casteze vraja, iar in acelasi timp verifica daca ai procul, iar daca ai casteaza versiunea instant&free a vrajii. Probabil la noi intai incearca sa casteze si dupaia verifica, in loc sa verifice inainte.
