Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Totemul nu functioneaza,vreau sa zic ca nu da haste deloc

nu mareste hasteu in char tab(dunno if it should) dar uitate la spell casting time si zimi ca nu e mai mic.

fara totem, uite-te in char tab......cu totem, inchizi char tab si te uiti din nou.....magie +5% haste Surprise
