Bug description: Incorrect absorb amount

Ice barrier absorbs 10145 damage with 5103 spell power it should be (8069 + $SPFR * 0.87) = 8069 + 4439 = 12508.
Also I have Glyph of ice barrier which should increase the amount absorbed by 30% -> 12508 * 1.3 = 16261.
The initial absorb amount shown by the tooltip says 7805 (with glyph), so I suppose that is the bug.

With 6k+ sp and http://www.wowhead.com/item=45740 i have a little bit over 8k absorb. I don't know if the Glyph really work.

Ice barrier is buffed in 4.1

Ice Barrier base damage value has been increased by approximately 120%. In addition, the benefit from spell power has been increased by approximately 8%.

You calculated Ice barrier's absorb following the 4.1 buffed formula, we're still in 4.0.6.

Ice Barrier has a sweet buff in 4.1.0. It's base absorb at 85 has gone up to 8069, from 3687. Also, the coefficient has gone up slightly, from 80.7% of spell power to 87% of spell power. This buff definitely makes this spell provide a real survivability barrier.

Eu tot cred ca absoarbe prea putin chiar daca tinem cont ca inca nu e buffat spellul cu "4.1.x"

Chestia cu gliphu e bug visual, invatati sa verificati combat logu( in tooltip arata gresit), cat despre formula de sus e pentru urmatoru patch cand e buffed Spellu, working fine.

It's not bugged. Check the patchnotes for 4.1 where it got buffed by 30%. Before that no one even bothered using the glyph because it was just plain shit. Mages are gonna bet buffed so much in the coming patches.

) la priest absoarbe in functie de cat mastery are poate sa absoarba si10k si 25k si mai mult.....

in primu rand shieldu la priest e jos dintr-un shot iar in al doilea absorbul este corect , ce te doare pe tine cat are priestu absorb? daca esti bun il pici .
