Descrierea bugului / Bug description: shamanul enhacement nu beneficiaza de cel 6% hit rating
dupa cum se vede am echipat 2 weaponuri fara hit rating pe ele, si nu este nici o deosebire fata de momentul in care nu le am echipate...

nu stiu exact cat de corect e.. dar este f posibil aceasta problema sa fie si la frost DKs ...fie ca am 2h spec sau DW spec... am acelasi hit chance
