Descrierea bugului / Bug description: When i cast starfall and mage uses frost nova on me my starfall dont work anymore while im freezed and cant move. That shouldnt be so would be nice that you fix that bug.

I don't think this is a bug - Shapeshifting into an animal form or mounting cancels the effect. Any effect which causes you to lose control of your character will suppress the starfall effect. This is enough.

This is a bug if u change form than u will lose starfall effect and on frost nova starfall effect should be... In global frost nova doesnt interupt starfall efect..

1: he wasn't shapeshifting
2: frost nova doesn't have a lose control effect, but a root effect

Lose control = stun, fear, poly, hex, icecube(not the mage spell, the effect from ring of frost, and dk aoe freeze), blind, gouge...you get the point. And it means that you can't cast and move your char(move part except hex). Starfall is interrupted(you can't cast or do anything).
root effect = you can cast but can't move. Starfall should work in this circumstance (you can cast freely).

Conclusion, this is indeed a bug; but try to make some screenshots or vids to prove it if that's true.
