Multibox are not big secret.
You don't need teacher to learn how to multibox, because you can find many guides in Internet.
Just type "multibox tutorial guide" in Google or Youtube.

Only your laziness and PC conf. can stop you from multibox.

how many computers u using?
got only one dual core 3ghz pc, you think its enough?

Personally, i use 9 cheap PC's (Core 2 Duo E6550 (up to 2.8 Ghz) + 2Gb DDR2 RAM) to avoid lag spikes in alliance cities.
My main PC is Core 2 Quad Q9650 (up to 4 Ghz) + 8Gb DDR3 RAM. I usually watch movies and surf the Internet, while multiboxing.
Multibox demanding of memory and the processor.
If you have Dual Core 3 Ghz and at least 4 Gb of memory, you can try to start 5 WoW windows.
You can use software to limit your FPS for each WOW window, that will reduce CPU load.
Example: you will have 60 fps in main WOW window and 10 fps in all other WOW windows.
