Wtf lol man , that's not even a bug , that's how the wow client shows the spell duration , all spells start at -1 sec than advertised , but since they end AFTER second 0 and not AT 0 , it's the same

Runic corruption starts at 2 , 2-1 : 1 sec , 1-0 : 1 sec , 0- -1: 1 sec , understand? since when it reaches 0 it lasts for another second , that's why it shows 1 less second at the start
