Free Horde to Ally transfer

solutions:

-free transfer from horde to ally (to all who want)

-cap horde pop.. only allow creation/login of ally chars till the server (online/offline) population is balanced (within a threshold)

-enforce BG balance (i have seen bgs start with 5 allies and 1 hordes.. and this shouldnt happen.. the most advantage any team should have should be 1 player). A way to do this would be that a BG lets enter players as long as both teams got the same number , if a team a BG has only 6 people on its team then the BG shouldntt let enter more than 6 people from the enemy team.. even if the enemy team got 16 people queued... this is the way BGs work by default..i dunno why is not working like this in wowfreakz (bg queues bugged maybe?)




about bgs.. dunno i was doing bgs non stop for 5 days last week (yeah even with the 3k+ ms , dcs and 6 sec lagspikes):


-normal win ratio for ally (all day long) was 30% (3 out of 10 bgs in average)
-most lost bg was eots (1-2 wins per day at most)
-most won bg was wsg (total was 39 wins out of 64 bgs)

(note: it seems "rush" bgs are easier for ally than "control bgs" ... sadly we only have 1 "rush" bg atm: wsg)



better times were (UCT-7): 10am - 2 pm (if you cant login on those times you better dont try bgs as ally

worse times were 5 pm - 1 am (recorded up to 13 loses in a row)

low data (2 pm - 5 pm) is my guild raid times... (no bgs)

unknown (3 am - 8 am) (i do require 5 hrs sleep)

advice:

-only do bgs at UCT-7 mornings , dont even open the honor tab after 5pm
-if you see an ally "premade" (meaning 3 or more from the same guild (since ally doesnt have a serious pvp guild atm) keep queing while that group is doing bgs
-ask guildmates/friend for arena boosting .. honor farming in ally side takes a lot lot lot of time and arena points will be faster

i really can't understand. i win bgs, i lose bgs, i win bgs 1600 - 0, i lose bgs 0 - 1600, i play really good competitive bgs. You can't espect to win all bgs you play or a good part of it, even if you are a good pvper. There are bad moments and good moments to join. If you are REALLY unlucky join with a 5-man group of trusted people or join a pvp guild (good one maybe). I agree maybe in improving bgs balance but not in allowing a free horde to ally transfer. i bet bgs / population will be unbalanced again.

Actually alliance win most of the bgs...you were just 2 days unlucky and making a fail no sense topic and crying...btw about the 25 hordes 1 ally in que..this is screen bug.

well yeah fixing bg balancing bug would be great


but that would just cover up the main issue.. the real issue is that alliance is underpopulated in exodus.

hopefully balancing the bgs will make people stay in ally

I'm not crying! I'm sick of losing every BG coz we get roflstomped 15 horde vs 9 allies!

i think the bad numbers are ridiculous as well. however, i can handle 10-15 in ab.. i just can't handle 10-30 in AV lol

For once, I have to agree with Architech, and I don't know why some people go offensive on the idea.

Horde -> Alliance transfers until factions are even, would be a good idea, and anyone can see Alliance is greatly undernumbered.

Another idea would be to make faction transfer H->A, or transfer from other realms to Exodus-Alliance cheaper for some time, I guess it's less invasive.

I feel offended Yesterday we boosted 5 BG´s in 1h just for the fun of it with a competent 5man. 1 which was Gilneas with 3 horde healers, 2000:300 or something the score was. The reason we cant do it all the time is because we dont have enough people to choose from and can´t really have people with bad attitude in the guild.
